Early Careers Launch - Broking
Commercial Risk & Reinsurance
Launch Your Career in Broking
Aon is looking for soon-to-be graduates and recent graduates to join our Early Careers Launch Development Program as Brokers, with opportunities across Commercial Risk and Reinsurance. You do not need to be an insurance expert on day one. Through our Launch Program and on-the-job learning, you will learn how brokers help clients understand risk, navigate insurance and reinsurance markets, and make better decisions, that support resilience and growth.
As a Broker, you will build the skills, confidence and market knowledge needed to translate complex risk exposures into structured insurance programs and serve as a credible intermediary between clients and insurers.
Aon is in the business of better decisions
At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.
As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.
What is Commercial Risk and Reinsurance
Commercial Risk
Aon's Commercial Risk team helps organizations around the world identify, understand, and manage the risks that could impact their people, assets, and performance. We partner with clients across industries to design and deliver innovative risk and insurance solutions - from property and casualty to cyber and specialty risks - using data, analytics, and deep market insight to help them make better decisions and protect their business.
Reinsurance
Aon's Reinsurance team works with insurance companies and other risk-bearing organizations to design reinsurance and capital solutions that strengthen their balance sheets and support profitable growth. By combining analytical expertise, market knowledge, and global reach, we help clients transfer risk, access capital, and respond to emerging challenges such as natural catastrophes, climate risk, and changing regulatory environments.
What You Will Do
As a Broker, you will build hands-on broking experience while developing an understanding of how risk, markets, clients and strategy come together to create value for clients. Technology, including AI, Aon's risk analyzers and global delivery teams increasingly support routine execution, allowing Brokers to focus earlier on commercial judgment, market strategy and client value.
